Is the hotel transfer really free? What's the catch?
Completely free — no purchase required and no minimum spend. We pick up from any major hotel in Chiang Mai. Round-trip transfer in an air-conditioned vehicle is how we welcome travelers.
How long is the visit?
Plan for 90 minutes to 2 hours: a short presentation, gem-cutting demo, free time in the showroom, and refreshments. Visits are self-paced — stay longer if you wish.
Are the gemstones really certified?
Every loose stone above a minimum carat threshold is independently graded by GIA, IGI, or AIGS. Certified pieces come with a certificate and the showroom's written lifetime guarantee.
Can I get a VAT refund as a tourist?
Yes. Tourists with a foreign passport can claim a 7% VAT refund at the airport for purchases above THB 2,000. The showroom provides all paperwork at the time of purchase.
How do I take the jewelry home?
